About
East Bay Creative Lab
Lake Merritt, OaklandSaturday, September 26 • 6 – 9 PM
Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the vibrant ecosystem of artists, young people, educators, and community partners who make this work possible. Set along the beautiful shores of Lake Merritt, this special evening features local flavor, incredible art, and a look at the powerful impact of our youth programs.
The Mission:
At the East Bay Creative Lab, we believe creativity and curiosity are essential tools for understanding and caring for the world around us. Through hands-on experiences in art, science, and technology, young people explore, experiment, and grow into the next generation of environmental stewards, makers and artists.
The Impact:
Every year, our programs reach over 6,000 young people and their families throughout the East Bay. We offer a sliding scale for all our programs, and 71% of families take advantage of the scholarships we provide.
