Intermediate Carpentry
Class Description
Prerequisite: Students must have taken at least 2 sessions of carpentry class.
Ready to take your building skills to the next level? Designed for young makers who have already mastered basic hand-tool safety and simple projects, this intermediate studio challenges 10-to-13-year-olds to think, plan, and build like expert carpenters. Along the way, students deepen their respect for shop safety, tool care, and creative problem-solving, leaving with one-of-a-kind projects and real-world shop confidence.

Flexible Payment Plans
Program prices are listed in full, but you don't have to pay all at once. Choose to pay in full, or split the cost into equal payments over 2 or 3 months — whatever works best for your family's budget.
Financial Aid
Need a little help covering the cost? At checkout, families can apply a one-time withdrawal from our Pay It Forward Fund (up to $125 off classes or $200 off camps). Any remaining balance can still be split into 1, 2, or 3 payments. (And if you're able, we welcome Pay It Forward donations at checkout to help other families access this same support.)
Need-Based Scholarships
If the Pay It Forward discount isn't enough, you can apply for a larger scholarship through our simple online form. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis (please allow 7 business days), and must be submitted by the deadline. Don't worry about spots filling up — we always reserve space for scholarship students.

REFUND POLICY
All purchases include a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
From 7/28 – 8/21, you will receive a 90% refund.
From 8/22 – 9/11, you will receive a 40% refund.
After 9/12/2026, we are not able to offer any refunds.
Please note:EBCL enrollment is non-transferable. That said, we do understand that sometimes your family schedule changes! We offer a one-time enrollment transfer for your child to another week of class that has spaces available free of charge.
Unfortunately, because spots are limited, no credit is given for partial attendance. No portion of the tuition will be refunded if the child is absent, withdrawn, or otherwise fails to complete the activity.
